Buy a Condor GT 80 Pro in Algeria and ship it to Tokyo, Japan (DHL)

I'm in Japan and need someone in Algeria to buy one Condor GT 80 Pro smartphone (model SP673, 8GB/256GB, new, sealed, official Algerian warranty) and ship it to me in Tokyo by DHL Express.

What I need:
1. Buy the phone from an official store (e.g. C1 Tell, about 38,000 DZD) and send me a photo of the sealed box and the receipt.
2. Ship it by DHL Express to Tokyo, declared honestly as a smartphone for personal use with built-in lithium battery, and send me the tracking number.
3. Help with any export paperwork DHL Algeria asks for.

Budget: phone price + actual DHL cost (receipts required) + your fee. Please quote your fee and your DHL estimate.

Payment through Freelancer milestones only: milestone 1 released after photos of the purchased phone and receipt, milestone 2 after the DHL tracking shows it in transit.

Please reply with: your city, your fee, your DHL estimate, and whether you've shipped electronics abroad before.

Communication in English or French is fine.
