BUSY 21 Qatar Trading Implementation

We are a food-trading company based in Doha, Qatar, seeking an experienced BUSY 21 Accounting Software specialist for remote implementation, configuration, data migration, and training.

Scope of Work:

Configure BUSY 21 for our trading operations in Qatar.

Set up chart of accounts, customers, suppliers, and inventory items.

Import and update master data and historical transactions from Excel.

Configure purchasing and sales transactions, including Purchase Orders, GRNs, Delivery Notes, and Invoices.

Set up transaction numbering, payment terms, and inventory management.

Verify accounting balances, stock quantities, and imported records.

Provide remote training and implementation support.

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience with BUSY 21.

Strong accounting and inventory management knowledge.

Experience with Excel-based data migration.

Ability to provide remote support after 6:00 PM Qatar time or on Fridays and Saturdays.

Ability to demonstrate previous BUSY implementation projects.
