Business Supporter Directory Build

I run a British Army veterans homelessness charity and I want to spotlight the companies that keep our work moving. I need a dynamic, easy-to-update directory woven into our current website that lets local businesses enrol at one of three tiers—Bronze, Silver or Gold—then showcases them in a clean, mobile-friendly layout.

A business will join through a self-service online form where it can upload a logo, add contact details and write a short description of the support it provides. Submissions should land in a moderation queue so I can approve, edit or decline before they go live. From an admin panel I also need the freedom to upgrade, downgrade or remove a listing at any time.

For context, our site is on WordPress, so a custom plugin or a well-supported framework that sits comfortably inside the theme is ideal; future maintenance must stay straightforward.

Key deliverables
• Public-facing directory with search/filter tools and tier badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Secure signup form (fields: contact info, logo upload, support description, tier choice, GDPR consent)
• Admin dashboard for review, edits, manual additions and CSV export
• Email notifications for both applicant and admin
• Clear installation/configuration guide and notes on extending tiers later

Acceptance criteria
– New listings are invisible until approved and grouped by tier on display
– Works flawlessly on mobile, tablet and desktop in current Chrome, Safari and Edge
– All data stored in our database and exportable
