I’m refreshing the visual identity of my consultancy, Arvana Strategy Partners, and need a versatile designer who can refine our existing logo and roll that look across key stationery and collateral. The overriding priority is a professional, premium aesthetic—clean, minimal and confidently corporate—built around charcoal or navy, off-white, and muted gold.

Scope of work
• Refine current logo so it feels sharper and more luxurious or brand positioning driven.
• Design a letterhead that prints perfectly and also works as a digital template
• Create a quotation template that clients can fill in easily
• Develop a company rubber stamp design for official documents
• Produce a business card that carries the updated brand identity
• Additional items: a concise company brochure and an email signature to keep our communications on-brand

Deliverables & format
All final artwork should come as vector files AI or EPS Or PNG along with any linked fonts/imagery so I can make future edits internally. High-res PDFs for print would be useful but not mandatory.

What to include in your proposal
• A link to your portfolio showing similarly B2B work
• Your estimated timeline for each deliverable and total turnaround
• Confirmation that you’ll supply fully editable source files
• Your fee structure or a clear quotation broken down by item if possible
