Business Site Database & Upgrades

My corporate-style website is live but the back-end data layer is still a patchwork of spreadsheets and ad-hoc tables. I need a clean, well-structured database built from the ground up that can comfortably store two core data sets—customer information and product/service details—and also power a simple booking workflow for the services we offer.

• Design an ER diagram and schema that separates customer profiles, product/service listings, and booking records while preserving necessary relationships and security constraints.
• Provide migration scripts or seed data so I can import existing CSVs without downtime.
• Integrate the new database into the site, wiring up forms, queries, and any admin pages required to add, edit, or report on bookings.
• Document everything clearly so in-house staff can maintain it after hand-over.
