I need a clean, professional website whose sole purpose is to present my services, display up-to-date pricing, and make it effortless for visitors to reach me by phone or email. No online shop, no booking engine—just an informative, persuasive presence that drives calls and messages.

Scope of work
• Design and build a small, fast-loading site (typically Home, Services with prices, About, and Contact).
• Highlight our offerings clearly, with a well-structured Services page that pairs each service with its corresponding price.
• Place my phone number and a mail-to email link in the header and on a dedicated Contact page so they are always within reach.
• Ensure full responsiveness, modern look and feel, and basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags).
• Provide an intuitive way for me to edit text, prices, and images later—WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom CMS are all acceptable as long as editing is straightforward.
• Deploy to my existing hosting and point my domain once approved.
• Deliver a concise hand-off guide (or brief video) showing how to update content on my own.

Acceptance criteria
1. Site renders correctly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
2. Services and prices appear exactly as provided and can be updated through the backend.
3. Phone number initiates a call on mobile; email link opens the visitor’s mail client.
4. PageSpeed Insights mobile score above 80.
5. All pages validated for basic SEO and accessibility best practices.
