Business Sale Agreement Drafting

I am preparing to transfer ownership of an existing business and need a licensed attorney who can draft—or, if necessary, review—a comprehensive business sale/ownership-transfer agreement. The document must clearly spell out the purchase terms, assets included, liabilities assumed, representations and warranties, closing mechanics, and any post-sale obligations such as non-compete or transition support.

Once we start, I will provide the core deal terms, corporate documents, and any existing contracts that must be referenced. You will turn this information into a clean, enforceable agreement tailored to the relevant jurisdiction and formatted so that I can edit or append schedules later.
