I have the core content for a business proposal and a set of figures that go with it, but I need them presented in a way that looks polished and is effortless for stakeholders to scan, share, or print.

First, the Word file: it should read and feel like a professional business proposal. Keep everything in Arial, build a clear heading structure, and apply consistent spacing so nothing looks cramped. Tables, charts, or call-out boxes are welcome wherever they help explain a point. Second, the Excel file: transform the raw numbers into a neatly organized spreadsheet with clearly labeled columns, relevant formulas in place, and filters that allow quick slicing of the data. Formatting should guide the eye—alternating row shades, bold totals, and freeze panes where it improves readability. When printed it should fit on standard paper without awkward breaks.
