Business Process / UAT / Training & Accessibility Lead – Remote Opportunity

Role:

Works with the PM and architect to document existing OCIG workflows, establish functional requirements, maintain the legacy-to-modern workflow equivalence matrix, develop UAT scenarios/scripts, coordinate user testing, document defects and acceptance, develop training materials, and verify user-facing accessibility.

EOG requires preservation of OCIG and executive workflows with demonstrated equivalence or approved improvement, UAT plans/scripts/results, administrator and super-user training, quick-reference materials, and Section 508 compliance.

Required:
5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, QA/UAT Lead, or comparable enterprise application role

Experience documenting current and future workflows

Requirements elicitation and traceability

Business rules

Use cases/user stories/process flows

UAT planning

Test scenarios/scripts

Defect triage and retesting

Requirements-to-test traceability

End-user and administrator documentation

User training

Strong writing ability

Experience working directly with government/regulated end users

Required application experience:

At least 2–3 years with one or more:
Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365

Power Platform

Enterprise CRM

Government case-management

Investigations/audit/compliance systems

Dynamics/Power Platform is strongly preferred

Preferred:

PL-200

Section 508/WCAG testing familiarity

Audit/investigation/case-management workflows

Government Inspector General work

Microsoft accessibility testing

Power Automate workflow validation
