Business Lead Generator for Digital Studio

Looking for a Business Development / Lead Generation freelancer for my creative digital studio, Ventex Creations (Pune, India).

We build websites, run social media, design brands, and shoot photo/video for startups and local businesses.

What you'll do:
- Find startups and businesses that need our services
- Reach out by call, email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp
- Book meetings between the client and me (I handle the pitch and delivery)
- Track your leads in a simple spreadsheet

Pay:
- Then 10% commission on every project you bring in (uncapped)
- 10% of retainer payments for the first 3 months
- Commission is paid when the client pays us

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B outreach, cold email, LinkedIn, or cold calling
- Clear written communication
- Hindi or English for calling businesses is a big plus
- Part-time, flexible hours
