Contribute to the implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy with a focus on Malaysia

Stay up to date with market competition and industry news; perform market data analysis and reporting

Maintain a high level of service for both partners and clients

Provide input on marketing campaigns and suggest system enhancements

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and development

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar business development role

Proven experience in the forex or broader financial services industry is required

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Target-oriented, innovative, and dynamic personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High integrity and strong business acumen

Strong people management skills
