**Global CHD Alliance (GCHD)** is building a trusted pediatric cardiac care network connecting doctors, hospitals and healthcare institutions to improve access to specialized pediatric cardiac care across India.
We are looking for an energetic and well-connected professional to join us as:
### **Manager – Business Development & Partnerships**
**Location:** Bengaluru India | Flexible, with travel as required
**Experience:** 3years preferred
**Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Business Development experience preferred**
### **What will you do?**
• Identify and develop new hospital and institutional partnerships for GCHD
• Build relationships with pediatricians, cardiologists, hospital leadership and healthcare professionals
• Identify opportunities for GCHD clinics, outreach programs, camps and clinical collaborations
• Develop and expand GCHD’s network across Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing engagement with partner hospitals and doctors
• Represent GCHD in professional meetings, conferences and institutional discussions
• Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion
• Work closely with the GCHD leadership team to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
### **Who are we looking for?**
Someone who is:
Excellent at communication and relationship building
Confident meeting doctors and hospital leadership
Well connected within the healthcare ecosystem
Proactive, persuasive and entrepreneurial
Comfortable with frequent travel
Able to independently identify opportunities and follow them through
Passionate about building something meaningful in healthcare
**Existing relationships with hospitals, doctors or healthcare institutions will be an advantage.**
