Deliverables I track are simple:
• A warm, qualified introduction to the decision-maker (name, role, contact)
• Context on their current support pain-points and desired scope
• Confirmation they’re open to a formal proposal from us

Once those three items are in place, my operations team takes over. You stay looped in for visibility and for every invoice we send, your commission is processed immediately.
