Business Development Intern for International Sales -- 2

Are you passionate about sales and international business ? Wanted to learn real sales + client communication + business growth in the outsourcing industry?

ESS & CO is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic interns to join our business development team and help us connect with USA & AUS CPA firms, accounting firms, bookkeeping firms, and tax firms. This internship will give you practical exposure and real work experience.

Experience : 0 - 1 ( Freshers are welcome also prior sales experience would be advantage)
Shift Time : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Working Days: Mon- Fri
Position: BD Intern
Industry: KPO / Outsourcing
Work Mode: 100% In Office ( Ahmedabad)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend : 10K Fixed + Performance - Based Incentives

What You'll Do
Research and Send professional LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages, calls and emails to US and AUS based CPA, accounting, bookkeeping, and tax firms on LinkedIn.
Identify key decision-makers such as firm owners, partners, founders, and directors
Track outreach activities using Google Sheets or CRM
Maintain accurate daily reports
Engage with relevant LinkedIn content from accounting professionals
Qualify interested prospects and hand them over to the team

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA graduate or students
