About the Role
Million is looking for a Business Development (BD) to help expand our partner network and drive user acquisition and trading volume for the exchange.
The main focus of this role is volume growth through partnerships with affiliates, KOLs/KOCs, trading communities, agencies, and other user acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and develop relationships with:
Crypto KOLs/KOCs
Trading communities and groups
Affiliate and referral partners
Agencies and trading teams
Other partners with access to active trading users
Build and maintain a strong network of partners and continuously follow up to maximize partnership performance.
Negotiate commission, rebate, incentive, and partnership terms based on partner performance.
Develop new user and trading volume sources for the exchange.
Monitor partner performance and key metrics, including:
Trading Volume
FTD / First-Time Depositors
Deposit Volume
Active Traders
New User Acquisition
Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to increase trading volume.
Work closely with Customer Support teams to support partners and resolve issues.
Continuously research the crypto market, competitors, and new channels that can generate quality users and trading volume.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Business Development, Affiliate, Partnership, Sales, or similar roles in Crypto, CEX/DEX, Trading, or FinTech.
Existing connections with crypto KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, or user acquisition teams are a strong advantage.
Good understanding of trading volume, FTD, deposits, rebates, commissions, and referral models.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to proactively source and onboard new partners.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills.
Performance Metrics
Performance will be primarily evaluated based on:
Trading Volume Generated
FTD / New Depositing Users
Deposit Volume
Active Traders
Compensation & Benefits
