looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / AI Model Trainer to evaluate AI-generated spreadsheets, presentations, and documents. You’ll compare outputs against prompts, source materials, examples, and specific quality criteria, then correct, critique, and rank them based on content, aesthetics, layout, accuracy, and overall quality.
Key Responsibilities
Review AI-generated sheets, slides, and documents against detailed assessment criteria.
Evaluate and rank multiple AI responses for content quality, aesthetics, layout, accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
Identify weak, inaccurate, or low-quality AI-generated work and clearly explain what needs improvement.
Correct documents and assessments using your own professional judgment and writing skills without AI assistance.
Apply provided examples and guidelines to consistently recognize what high-quality work should look like.
Complete assessments in one sitting, typically targeting two assessments per shift at approximately four hours each.
Maintain strict confidentiality and never share assessment materials, outputs, or project information.
Track working hours accurately through the required timekeeping system.
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

What We're Looking For
Excellent written English and the ability to produce clear, polished work independently without AI tools, including Grammarly or similar writing assistants.
Professional experience creating and reviewing spreadsheets, presentations, and documents, with a strong eye for both content and visual quality.
Business analyst, consulting, enterprise, or similar professional experience; operations, strategy, or finance exposure is especially valuable.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to compare outputs objectively against detailed criteria.
Ability to learn quickly from extensive examples, recognize common signs of poor AI-generated work, and adapt to established quality standards.
Availability for 40 hours per week, including a minimum 40-hour onboarding and training week, with the discipline to complete timed assessments in one sitting.
Working Hours
40 hours per week, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM EST. Rate: $10–$12/hour.
