We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to help our clients achieve their goals. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver high-quality services to our clients and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of client's business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve overall business operations
Support the project management team in tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce is a plus
Experience working with remote teams is preferred
Contract Details:
This is a remote contract position with the potential to become a full-time role. The candidate will have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time, depending on their availability and the needs of the company. The contract duration will be determined based on the candidate's performance and the company's needs.
