Bungalow 2BHK Layout & Furniture Planning

I am looking for a freelancer/architect/interior designer to prepare a basic 2BHK bungalow layout plan for a built-up area of approximately 1,000 sq. ft.

Scope of Work

The freelancer is expected to provide:

Basic floor/layout plan for a 2BHK bungalow.

Proper arrangement of:

2 Bedrooms

Living room

Kitchen

Bathrooms/toilets

Dining area, if feasible

Utility/service area, if required

Furniture layout showing the approximate placement of beds, sofas, dining table, wardrobes, kitchen units, etc.

Practical circulation and space utilization.

Basic dimensions/room sizes wherever possible.

Deliverables

1 basic 2D floor plan

1 furniture layout plan

PDF/JPG format is sufficient.

Editable CAD file (DWG) would be preferred if available.

Area

Approximately 1,000 sq. ft.

Budget

₹3,000 fixed budget

This project is only for a basic conceptual layout, not detailed architectural/structural drawings, working drawings, 3D views, or construction drawings.

Ideal Freelancer

Someone with experience in residential floor planning, 2BHK layouts, and space planning. Please share 1–2 examples of similar work when applying.
