Bulk Viber Data Import Setup

I have an Excel file containing more than 5000 customer records that need to be added to Viber. I don’t just want one large broadcast list—I need these contacts neatly segmented into multiple groups so future messaging remains targeted and manageable.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Cleanly import every entry from the Excel file into Viber without triggering number-block issues or spam flags.
• Create and name the groups based on criteria we agree on (e.g., location, purchase history, or any other filters you recommend).
• Provide a repeatable method—whether that’s a step-by-step guide, a small script, or automation using the Viber API/desktop tools—so I can run future imports on my own.
• Verify that each group shows the correct member counts and that no contacts are missing or duplicated.
