I need a very large volume of fresh, highly accurate consumer leads from right across the United States—think tens of millions of records, delivered in manageable milestones so I can begin using them while the rest are still being compiled.

Each record must include:
• Full name and complete street address
• Direct phone number (mobile or landline)
• Active email address

Quality is non-negotiable. I will spot-check every batch; high bounce rates, disconnected numbers, or obvious duplicates will be rejected. All data has to be recently sourced, scrubbed, and fully compliant with U.S. privacy and marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.).
