I have a queue of 1,000 items that all need to be delivered as individual, print-ready EPS files. Each file must follow my existing brand guidelines—colour palette, typography, safe-zone margins and logo placement are all documented and will be supplied as an Illustrator template plus a short PDF style guide.
Scope
• Open the supplied template (AI or EPS, whichever you prefer)
• Drop in the corresponding graphic or text for each numbered item (001-1000)
• Ensure the final artwork stays in CMYK, all fonts are outlined, and linked images are embedded at 300 dpi
• Export each file as “Item-###.eps” so the printer can batch-process them without renaming
Deliverables
1. 1,000 individual EPS files that pass a quick pre-flight check in Adobe Acrobat or your preferred output software
2. A compressed archive (zip or rar) containing the full set, plus an optional folder of the original working files if you build in Illustrator
Acceptance criteria
• Files open with no missing links or font warnings
• Colours match the supplied swatches exactly (spot colours converted to CMYK as noted)
• Each file’s artboard matches the specified trim size with 3 mm bleed
If you are comfortable handling high-volume vector work for print and can turn it around accurately, let me know your timeline and any questions you have about the guidelines.
