Bulk PDF-to-Word Data Entry

I have a sizeable collection of text-only PDF files that need to be transferred accurately into a single, well-formatted Word document. Every paragraph, heading, and line break in the PDFs has to appear exactly the same in Word, minus any hidden artifacts that sometimes slip through during OCR or copy-paste.

Here is the scope:

• Source: 100% text PDFs (no images or tables).
• Task: Transcribe or OCR the content, proofread for spelling and punctuation, and recreate basic formatting such as bold, italics, bullet points, and section breaks.
• Deliverable: One clean, editable .docx file for each source PDF—or a consolidated file if that’s more efficient—ready for immediate use.

Accuracy is paramount. I will spot-check pages, so please aim for zero transcription errors. If you own tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader, or similar, feel free to leverage them, but final quality control must be manual.

Kindly include an estimated turnaround time for a batch of 50 PDFs and outline your QA process when you reply.
