Bulk PDF Image Extraction

I have a small batch of 6–20 PDF files that contain nothing but images, and I need every single image pulled out and saved as individual PNG files. The job is straightforward: extract all images, preserve their original dimensions and colour depth, and hand them back to me neatly organised—one folder per source PDF, with filenames that make it clear which PDF and page they came from.

Any reliable approach is fine (pdfimages, Python/PyPDF, Ghostscript, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) as long as the output is a pixel-perfect match to what is embedded in the PDFs. Along with the PNGs, include a brief note on the steps or script you used so I can replicate the process later.

Acceptance criteria
• Every image present in each PDF is delivered as a separate PNG.
• No recompression, down-scaling, or format changes beyond PNG conversion.
• Logical naming convention referencing source PDF and page/sequence.
• Delivery of the complete set within 24 hours of project start.
