Bulk PDF Data Extraction

I have a large collection of PDFs that need to be broken down into editable Word documents. Every file contains valuable Text, Tables, and Images that must be transferred accurately, so I’m looking for someone who is meticulous and comfortable handling varied content types.

Scope of work
• Open each PDF and extract all Text, Tables, and Images.
• Preserve original layout and hierarchy wherever possible so the Word version mirrors the source.
• Prioritize every section—Introduction and Summary, Main Content, and Appendix and References—so nothing is overlooked.
• Name each new Word file to match the original PDF for easy cross-reference.

Quality expectations
• No missing characters, garbled tables, or low-resolution image copies.
• Consistent heading styles and table formatting throughout the final documents.
• Spot-check against the original to confirm completeness before sending.

Deliverables
1. A set of fully formatted Word documents, one per source PDF.
2. A brief completion log (PDF name → Word file name, page count, notes on any issues).
