I need a Windows -based application that can drive Epson, Canon and HP desktop printers so I can send a large batch of JPEG-format ID cards and let the system take care of the rest. Each printer physically holds two blanks at a time, so the logic has to spool exactly two cards per job, wait until that pair finishes, then fire the next two automatically—no more pausing to reload or press Print again.
Essential functions
• Upload a folder or CSV list of JPEGs, show a quick preview grid, then start the queue.
• Smart print engine that repeats the two-at-a-time cycle until the batch is done, with status feedback and error handling from the Windows print spooler.
• Printer profiles for the common dye-sublimation models I use; switching between Epson, Canon or HP should be one click.
• Secure login screen: users authenticate with either email or phone number (SMS/OTP).
• Subscription control: monthly or yearly plans, licence validation on startup, graceful handling of expired accounts.
• Lightweight local database or cloud API so multiple PCs can share the same account in future.
• Simple installer (.exe or MSI) and a concise PDF/markdown guide.
Acceptance
1. I point the app to a folder of at least 500 JPEG cards; the printer continuously outputs pairs until finished without manual intervention.
2. Cancelling, pausing and resuming mid-run works without losing place in the queue.
3. Login accepts email + OTP or phone number + OTP; incorrect codes lock out after three tries.
4. Subscription status is verified on first launch each day.
Please deliver the compiled installer, source code and a short technical read-me so I can extend the printer list later. I am free to test on real hardware as soon as you provide a working beta.
Note: Our budget is only 15k so if you are able to deliver within this price then only bid. Please write EPSON with your final amount in your proposal so that I can understand you read all description.
