Bulk Handwritten Data Entry

I have a large batch of handwritten pages—over fifty in total—all in clear printed writing. I need every word carefully keyed into a single, well-formatted Microsoft Word document, retaining original line breaks, headings, and any simple underlining that appears on the page. Accuracy is paramount; spelling, punctuation, and paragraph structure must mirror the source exactly.

You are free to use basic OCR to speed things up, but the final file must be double-checked manually to eliminate recognition errors that often occur with handwriting. I will provide high-resolution scans as PDFs. Once you return the completed Word file, I will spot-check several pages; no more than a 1% error rate is acceptable for the project to be considered finished.

Turnaround is flexible as long as we agree on milestones for steady delivery—feel free to suggest a schedule that keeps both of us comfortable. If questions arise about ambiguous characters, reach out before guessing. Consistent communication and flawless transcription are what I value most.
