We are looking for a reliable and legitimate research agency or team to conduct bulk keyword-based searches across Google and AI-powered search platforms.
We will provide a list of keywords, and the selected agency will be responsible for searching each keyword on the specified platforms, opening relevant pages, and collecting the required research data.
Scope of Work
The agency will be required to:
Search the keywords provided by us on Google Search.
Search the same keywords on specified AI/LLM platforms, such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or other agreed platforms.
Open and review relevant search results, websites, articles, and pages.
Record the URLs of pages opened and relevant sources discovered.
Capture the requested information from each search, including rankings, citations, brand mentions, or other specified details.
Maintain accurate records in a Google Sheet or Excel file.
Follow a consistent research process and provide quality checks to ensure accuracy.
Required Deliverables
Completed keyword-wise research spreadsheet.
Search platform used for each keyword.
Relevant result URLs and page titles.
Brand mentions or citations, where applicable.
Screenshots or other evidence of completed searches, if requested.
Daily or weekly progress reports for large batches.
Final quality-checked dataset with no duplicate or fabricated entries.
Requirements
Proven experience in bulk web research, SEO research, or search engine data collection.
Ability to manage large keyword lists systematically.
Familiarity with Google Search and AI-powered search/answer platforms.
Strong attention to detail and spreadsheet management.
A dedicated team and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
Transparent pricing based on the number of keywords, platforms, and required data points.
Important Conditions
All research must be genuine and manually verified or collected through approved tools.
No fabricated search results, URLs, screenshots, citations, or brand mentions.

A small paid pilot batch will be used to evaluate accuracy and reliability before assigning the full workload.
