I have a batch of more than ten Excel workbooks that must be turned into polished, press-ready PDFs. Before you generate each file, I need three specific customisations applied:

• Formatting changes – adjust column widths, fonts, margins and page breaks so every page sits neatly on standard A4/Letter.
• Adding headers/footers – insert my logo on the left, the file name centred and the date on the right, mirrored on every page of the export.
• Including charts/graphs – keep all embedded charts exactly where they belong and ensure they render sharply in the final PDF.

If you can automate the process with a reusable VBA macro, Power Query routine, or a reliable Python script (openpyxl, pandas, reportlab, etc.), that would be ideal; I want to be able to run the same workflow on future files without manual tweaking.

Deliverables:
1. Individually named PDF files for each source workbook.
2. The automation script or macro with brief step-by-step instructions.

The job is complete when every PDF matches the Excel layout perfectly, shows the correct header/footer on all pages and displays every chart clearly. Let me know your timeline and any clarifications you need so we can get this moving quickly.
