Bulgarian Part-Time Call Agent

I need help reaching Bulgarian customers who have parcels waiting for collection at lockers or pick-up points. Each weekday you will spend about 1–2 hours in the morning, specifically between 09:00 and 11:00, phoning recipients in clear, friendly Bulgarian to remind them to collect their purchase.

The workflow is simple:
• I send you a list of names, phone numbers, parcel codes and locker locations.
• You place the reminder calls, note whether the customer answered, and record any questions or delivery issues they mention.
• At the end of the session you return a brief log (Google Sheet or Excel) showing call time, status and comments.

Because the conversations are straightforward reminders, basic yet confident spoken communication is the only skill I require; no advanced sales or technical support background is necessary. A stable phone connection and a quiet environment will ensure the calls sound professional.
