Building Regs Drawings & Calculations

I’m preparing a new UK-based project and need a full package of Building Regulations drawings accompanied by signed structural calculations suitable for Building Control submission.

Scope of work
• Develop detailed plans, sections, elevations and construction notes that clearly illustrate compliance with current UK Building Regulations (Parts A-P as relevant).
• Produce structural calculations for every load-bearing element involved—beams, columns, foundations, lintels, floor joists, roof members and any steel or timber frames—signed off by a chartered engineer.
• Coordinate the architectural and structural information so they align perfectly, eliminating clashes before submission.

Deliverables
1. Complete drawing set in PDF for approval plus editable DWG files.
2. Calculation report in PDF, stamped and ready for Building Control.
3. Brief narrative outlining any key assumptions and load paths.

Acceptance criteria
– Drawings must reference the latest Building Regs clauses and include all required construction notes.
– Calculations must be internally cross-checked, clearly itemised and traceable back to the drawings.
– Package must be ready for my direct upload to the council portal without further amendment.

I’ll provide site measurements, basic sketches and any existing information as soon as the project starts. If additional surveys or specifics are needed, flag them early so we can arrange.
