Building Promo Video & Brochure

I’m getting ready to market a new residential building in Goa that is meant for sale of apartments e. To introduce it properly, I need a short, story-driven package that feels warm, welcoming and family-focused.

First, create a two-minute master video using AI that blends exterior shots, floor-plan overlays and amenity highlights. Think sunrise light, playful children, relaxed evenings on the balcony—anything that helps parents picture daily life here. Once the main edit is approved, please break it into around ten bite-size clips (15–20 seconds each) for quick sharing on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.

Second, design a matching promotional brochure—both print-ready PDF and web version—that clearly lists flat configurations, square footage, amenities, neighbourhood perks and contact details. The look should echo the video’s tone: warm colours, friendly typography and inviting images.
