I have an existing architectural drawing that now needs to be taken from concept stage to something a contractor and the local permitting office can work with. The layout itself is basically set, but line weights, dimensions, symbols, notes, and overall presentation must meet standard construction-document conventions.
You will start from my current file (PDF and DWG are available) and:
• Clean up every layer so walls, doors, windows, structural elements, and annotations follow a consistent naming and color system.
• Add any missing dimensions, room tags, section marks, north arrow, scale bar, and legend so the plans are self-explanatory.
• Produce coordinated floor plan, roof plan, and two key elevations—ready to be stamped once the engineer reviews them.
• Deliver a final DWG (AutoCAD 2018 or newer) plus a print-ready PDF set at 1:100.
Local code notes and title-block standards will be provided the moment we start; I simply need your drafting expertise to translate what I have into permit-ready sheets fast and accurately.
