Building editing effect Event Highlight Video

I have raw footage from a recent corporate gathering and need it turned into a polished highlight video that captures the energy of the day. The piece should flow like a concise story, opening with our branded intro, weaving in the key moments of the programme, and closing on the high-energy networking sessions that defined the event.

I’ll supply you with the source clips, our logo assets, and a short brand style guide. Your task is to select the strongest shots, colour-correct and stabilise where necessary, layer tasteful transitions, light motion graphics for name cards or lower thirds, and an upbeat royalty-free soundtrack that feels professional but approachable. Subtle ambient audio from the networking floor is welcome to keep the piece authentic.

Deliverables
• Final video: 1080p (MP4 or MOV), 2–3 minutes in length
• One square (1:1) and one vertical (9:16) cut for social snippets
• Project file (Premiere Pro preferred, but DaVinci Resolve is fine if that’s your workflow)
