I have an existing rabbit mesh (attached) that needs to be re-engineered into a printable, snap-together kit standing exactly 60 mm tall when fully assembled. The finished design must break down into seven parts: two separate ears, one head, and four equal-sized body quarters.

Mechanical requirements
• Ears: each ear should telescope in and out of the head on a Lego-style interference fit, leaving about 0.5 mm of interference.
• Head-to-body joint: replicate the male/female connector system I used on the dinosaur model referenced above so the head clicks on firmly yet can still be removed without tools.
• Body: divide the torso into four equal parts that join using the same dinosaur mechanism, enabling full assembly and disassembly using pure Interference fit of 0.5mm.

Surface & aesthetics
Keep every outer face clean and smooth—no markings, patterns, or fur detail. The goal is functional fit first; visual simplicity is fine.

Workflow expectations
Any robust 3D-modelling package is welcome—AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Blender, Fusion 360, or similar are all acceptable as long as tolerances are respected. I intend to print each revision on an FDM machine to confirm usability, so we may iterate once or twice until the press-fit tolerances feel right.

Deliverables
1. Native design file(s) from your chosen software.
2. Individual STL, STEP exports for each of the seven parts, oriented for printing.
3. A brief note listing exact interferences and connector dimensions so I can adjust based on 3D print.

Acceptance criteria
• All pieces assemble by hand with snug 0.5 mm interference and pull apart without damage.
• Overall height measures 60 mm ±0.2 mm once assembled.
• No unintended collisions or gaps between mating features.

Send the first draft as soon as the basic joints are laid out; I will run a quick print and provide feedback for the final tweaks.
