I’m putting together a simple proof-of-concept: an XY plotter that uses stepper motors and a motor-driven cream / syringe head to write one predefined word on plain paper in four different sizes. The word and the sizes will be hard-coded for now; no live UI or font selection is needed. I just want to see smooth, accurate motion, clean cream extrusion, and clearly legible lettering in an “Elegant” style.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Mechanical design and parts list for the XY frame, rails, carriage, and syringe mount, all sized for an A4 sheet of paper.
• Electronics schematic and firmware (Arduino + GRBL, or any open-source control stack you prefer) that drives two XY stepper motors plus a third actuator for the syringe.
• G-code or equivalent motion file that traces the word in four distinct scales.
• A short demo video showing the machine writing the word on paper, followed by source files and build instructions so I can replicate the setup at home.

I’m working within a ₹10,000 envelope, so off-the-shelf parts, 3D-printed brackets, and open-source software are all fair game. If you can squeeze reliable results out of an even leaner BOM, all the better. Let’s keep the build as straightforward as possible while proving the core concept.
