Build Two Professional WordPress Websites

I am looking for a freelance professional with WordPress experience to set up and publish **two independent websites**, each with its own domain, for a professional who works in the legal field and also organizes excursions.

The work involves technical configuration, customizing templates, and uploading content. I will provide the strategy, text, images, logos, and visual guidelines. I will also coordinate and oversee the project.

### The two websites

**1. Legal services website**

A professional, understated, and approachable website, featuring the following sections on the main page:

- Introduction and value proposition.
- About the professional.
- Legal services.
- Contact: form, phone number, and email address.

- Contact and availability inquiries via form, email, or WhatsApp.

The template for this site will be selected collaboratively before setup begins. No automated booking system or online payment functionality is required.

Each website must also include the necessary legal pages: legal notice, privacy policy, and cookie policy. The legal texts will be provided in a pre-validated format.

### Scope of work

For **each of the two websites**:

- Installation and configuration of WordPress on the hosting platform.
- Domain and SSL certificate setup.
- Installation and customization of the agreed-upon theme or template.
- Layout and design of the main page, incorporating the specified sections. - Application of provided colors, typography, logo, and images.
- Uploading and layout of provided text and content.
- Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Configuration of the menu and section links.
- Creation and testing of the contact form.
- Setup of email, phone, and WhatsApp links, where applicable.
- Creation of legal pages and inclusion of provided legal text.
- Configuration of a cookie banner, with non-essential cookies blocked until consent is granted.
- Basic security setup and backup configuration.
- Basic image optimization and page-load speed optimization.
- Basic SEO setup, including the incorporation of provided titles and meta descriptions.
- Functional testing and website launch upon approval.
- Provision of access credentials and a brief guide on how to edit basic content.

The quote must include **two rounds of revisions per website** prior to launch, based on the content and instructions initially provided.

### Materials to be provided by me

- Finalized text and the structure for each page.
- Logos, color palettes, and visual references.
- Photographs and images with appropriate usage rights.
- SEO titles and meta descriptions.
- Validated legal text.
- Necessary access credentials for hosting, domains, and other contracted services.

There is no need to include costs for content writing, communication strategy, or logo design.

### Terms and Proposal

I would like to receive a **fixed-price quote for both websites**, detailing:

1. The total price and the specific tasks included.
2. The project timeline, starting from the moment all materials and access credentials are provided.
3. The themes and plugins you propose to use.
4. The cost of any required licenses or paid services, specifying whether these are one-time purchases or recurring fees. 5. Experience with WordPress and examples of similar work.

Hosting, domains, and licenses will be purchased in the client’s name. Please indicate if you identify any additional technical requirements or any aspects of the project scope that might affect the budget.
