Build Telegram FAQ Automation Bot -- 2

I have a clear, well-structured FAQ list and I want a Telegram bot that can use it to reply to user questions instantly and accurately. The flow is straightforward: the bot receives a message, searches the question-and-answer list I’ll supply (JSON, CSV or any format you prefer), then returns the matching answer.

Key points
• Primary purpose: answer customer questions automatically—nothing else for now.
• Knowledge source: only the Q&A list I provide; no web scraping or external AI.
• Response speed and accuracy are essential. Partial, closest-match, or fuzzy search logic is welcome as long as it never invents information.
• If the question is not found, I’m open to your suggested fallback (e.g., polite apology plus “please rephrase” or logging for later review).

Deliverables
1. Fully functional Telegram bot code (Python, Node.js, or Go are fine) with clear instructions for token setup and deployment.
2. Configuration file or admin command that lets me update the Q&A list easily without touching the core code.
3. Brief README covering setup, environment variables, and how to extend the FAQ list.
4. A short demo video or screenshots proving the bot answers from my sample file.
