Build structure New Home

The architectural drawings are finished and stamped, the land is cleared, and I’m ready to move from paper to reality. I’m looking for a residential construction partner who can take my complete set of plans and deliver a turnkey, code-compliant home from foundation through final inspection.

The scope covers everything you’d expect for ground-up construction: site prep, concrete, framing, roofing, mechanical / electrical / plumbing, interior finishes, and coordination with local inspectors. I’ll handle permitting fees; you’ll manage scheduling, material procurement, subcontractor oversight, and on-site safety.

Deliverables will be milestone-based:
• Fully enclosed weather-tight shell
• Rough-in MEP signed off by inspectors
• Finished interiors ready for occupancy

Final acceptance is simple: all municipal inspections passed, occupancy certificate issued, and the keys handed over.
