Build Simple Flask Web App

I’m looking for a Python-savvy freelancer to turn a straightforward web idea into a working Flask application. Because I specifically chose Python for web development—and Flask over Django or FastAPI—the solution should be lightweight, easy to deploy, and clearly structured.

The core of the job is to:
• set up the Flask project skeleton (blueprints, templates, static files)
• implement the required views, routes, and basic CRUD logic I will outline once we start
• wire in simple HTML/CSS (Bootstrap is fine) so the pages look presentable, not production-grade design
• keep the code Pythonic, well-commented, and ready for me to extend

Acceptance criteria
1. The app runs locally with a single command: `python app.py` or `flask run`.
2. All listed routes return the expected HTML or JSON responses.
3. Configuration, virtual-environment requirements (`requirements.txt` or `pyproject.toml`), and a short README are included.
