I need a seasoned Notion specialist to transform our PNS Command Center concept into a polished, fully-functional front-end experience. The scope covers three intertwined pieces of work:

• Dashboards: You will craft at least seven interconnected dashboards that surface real-time metrics, KPIs, team activity feeds and any other performance signals we decide to track. Each view should be visually coherent, refresh quickly and allow stakeholders to drill down without getting lost.

• Navigation: An intuitive navigation framework must tie everything together. Think a clean sidebar, a logical top bar, breadcrumb-style context—whatever combination achieves the fastest path to information while keeping the workspace uncluttered.

• Department workspaces: Every department needs its own landing page, pre-built with databases, filtered views and templates so teams can hit the ground running yet still roll up key data to the Command Center.

I will invite you to a shared Notion space where you can build directly. Success means leaders can open the Command Center, find the right dashboard in two clicks, and trust that every figure on the screen is up to date. Let me know your approach, any past Notion builds you can point to, and how quickly you can get a first draft live.
