I’m ready to commission a brand-new website whose primary goal is to sell my products and services online. The full project budget is up to ₹10 lakh, which I’m happy to divide into sensible milestones once we agree on a roadmap.

Scope
• End-to-end development of an e-commerce site: wire-frames, UI design, front-end, back-end, secure checkout, and an easy-to-use admin area for product and order management.
• Complete deployment to my chosen host and configuration of a custom domain with SSL.
• Integration of at least one major payment gateway that supports domestic and international cards, UPI, and net-banking.
• Mobile-responsive layout so the store performs equally well on phones, tablets, and desktops.
• Basic SEO setup (clean URLs, meta tags, sitemap) so we’re search-ready from day one.

Acceptance Criteria
1. I can add, edit, or remove products (with images, descriptions, pricing, and stock) without touching code.
2. A shopper can move from product page to secure payment and confirmation without errors.
3. The site loads in under three seconds on a standard 4G mobile connection (Google PageSpeed score 90+ for mobile).
4. Final deliverables include source code, design assets, and clear deployment/maintenance documentation.

Preferred Experience
• Solid track record building complete websites or mobile apps, especially online stores.
• Comfort with modern stacks such as React, Vue, or Next.js on the front-end and Node.js, Django, or Laravel on the back-end—or an all-in-one platform like Shopify or WooCommerce if it better suits the brief.
• Familiarity with Indian payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.) and compliance requirements for GST and invoicing.

Timeline
I’d like to see the site ready for launch eight weeks after kickoff, with a demoable MVP by the end of week four.

If this matches your expertise, let’s discuss your preferred tech stack, past e-commerce launches, and how you’d break the work into milestones.
