Build Luxury One-Page Brand Website

LUX & MAIN, INC. is a real estate and property management firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial spaces. We are currently seeking a web developer to design and build a sophisticated, single-page corporate website that reflects our premium market positioning and attention to detail.

The project requires creating a responsive, fast-loading landing page that serves as a digital business card and portfolio. The website must feature an immersive hero section, an elegant grid displaying our current property portfolio, a section outlining our core services (acquisitions, leasing, and property management), and a clean, secure contact form for private inquiries. The design aesthetic should be ultra-minimalist, utilizing ample white space and striking typography to allow our high-resolution property photography to take center stage. Smooth scroll animations and flawless mobile responsiveness are mandatory.

We will provide the complete brand guidelines, including our logo, typography, color palette, and all high-resolution imagery, as well as the copy for every section. The final deliverable must include a fully launched website, organized source files, and basic SEO setup.

The budget for this project is $350. We operate strictly through the Freelancer Milestone system: 50% upon approval of the initial coded layout, and 50% upon final deployment and handover. The expected timeline is 5 business days. All communication and file transfers must remain within the Freelancer platform.
