I need a full website built with one clear priority: speed. Every page should load instantly for a broad, general-public audience on desktop and mobile alike. I am still open on the underlying framework—Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or any other stack you feel best suits the task—so long as the finished site scores excellently on Core Web Vitals and popular speed tests such as Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.
Key points to keep in mind:
• The layout must be fully responsive and intuitive for visitors of all ages and tech abilities.
• Clean, lightweight code and thoughtful asset handling (image compression, lazy loading, minimal plugins) are essential.
• SEO fundamentals (semantic markup, structured data) should be baked in from the start.
• Handover will include all source files plus a brief guide so I can update content easily in the future.
