Build KaamSetu Labour Platform

I’m creating KaamSetu, a two-sided marketplace where both workers and contractors can meet and agree on short-term labour jobs. The system must accommodate two distinct user roles—workers and employers/contractors—while keeping the experience simple for everyone involved.

Workers will sign up and complete a rich profile covering their skills and experience, preferred daily wage, real-time availability, and precise location and contact details. On the other side, contractors need the ability to post jobs and then narrow their search through powerful filters: they should be able to pinpoint talent by skill set and experience, by locality and current availability, and even by daily wage expectations and crowd-sourced ratings.

Key flows I need implemented:
• Role-based registration and login
• Worker profile creation/editing with the data points above
• Advanced search and filtering for employers matching the three criteria sets mentioned
• Job posting, application, hiring, attendance tracking and payment history
• In-platform call or chat plus rating/review after each completed job
• Separate dashboards: one for workers showing upcoming and past jobs, one for contractors summarising open posts, shortlisted talent and payment records

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional web application, responsive for mobile
2. Source code with clear documentation and deployment scripts
3. Admin panel to moderate users, jobs and payments
4. Short hand-over guide so I can manage the platform independently
