Build Custom E-Learning Platform -- 2

I’m developing a new e-learning platform for the Education sector and already have a clear written brief ready to share. The goal is to turn that document into a fully-functional, user-friendly web application that delivers courses, tracks learner progress, and scales easily as enrolments grow.

Core expectations
• Translate my written specification into wireframes, UI, and a working LMS-style back end
• Set up course upload, video and document hosting, quizzes, and progress analytics
• Ensure responsive design and smooth performance on desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Implement secure user registration, login, and payment gateway hooks where required

Acceptance criteria
• All features in the brief operate bug-free on the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
• Page load times stay under 3 seconds on standard broadband
• Admin dashboard exports CSV reports for enrolment, completion, and quiz scores
