Build Autonomous Cleaning Scheduler from Scratch (Google Calendar → Cleaner Notifications)

I need an autonomous internal system built from the ground up, as quickly as possible.
Goal: Create a system that watches my master Google Calendar (which already contains iCal feeds from Airbnb, Zillow, and Furnished Finder) and automatically:
Detects new, updated, and cancelled reservations, Creates or updates a cleaning job, Looks up the correct property address, Sends an email notification to the cleaner with the property name, address, and cleaning date, and Handles cancellations so cleaners are not notified incorrectly

The system must be fully autonomous — no manual approval steps.
What already exists

A master Google Calendar that is already set up with iCal feeds from the three platforms
A list of properties with their addresses (this can be put into a simple database or spreadsheet)

What I need built
A complete working solution that connects the Google Calendar to cleaner notifications.
I am open to: A fast no-code/low-code approach (Make, n8n, etc.), or
A lightweight custom-coded solution (Python, Node.js, Google Apps Script, etc.)

Whichever method gets a reliable system live the fastest is preferred.
