Build Opsiverse OS – JARVIS-Like Autonomous AI Business Operating System

I am looking for an experienced AI Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or skilled development team to build and complete my project, Opsiverse OS, an advanced AI-powered Business Operating System with a central autonomous AI assistant named Opsi.

This is not a simple chatbot, CRM, or website. My vision is to create a JARVIS-like AI business manager that understands my business, communicates with customers, suppliers, and carriers, manages operations, and autonomously executes authorized workflows.

1. Opsi – Autonomous AI Assistant

Opsi should be capable of:

- Understanding natural language voice and text commands.
- Managing daily business activities independently.
- Accessing and operating connected business modules.
- Coordinating multiple specialized AI agents.
- Remembering business context and conversation history.
- Scheduling tasks and automatically following up.
- Monitoring shipments, payments, inventory, and operations.
- Making intelligent recommendations and executing permitted actions.
- Asking for approval before sensitive decisions.
- Providing real-time reports and business insights.

2. WhatsApp Automation (OpenWA)

I already have an OpenWA-based WhatsApp automation setup.

I want Opsi to integrate with this system to:

- Send and receive WhatsApp messages.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
- Automatically follow up on shipments, payments, and pending tasks.
- Understand incoming messages using AI.
- Update relevant business records.
- Maintain customer-specific communication history.
- Support Hindi, English, and Thai.
- Escalate important issues when necessary.

Integration must be reliable, secure, and compliant with applicable platform policies.

3. LINE Messenger Integration

LINE is essential for my Thailand-related business operations.

Opsi should communicate through supported LINE APIs, respond to customers, send shipment updates, coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and manage authorized follow-ups.

WhatsApp and LINE conversations should be integrated into the central business system.

4. LOGIOP PRO – Logistics Management

My business involves logistics between India and Thailand.

LOGIOP PRO must be a native module of Opsiverse OS.

Required features:

- Customer and supplier management.
- India–Thailand shipment management.
- Shipment booking and tracking.
- Carrier and trip management.
- Packing lists and shipment allocation.
- Warehouse and inventory management.
- Customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Carrier settlements and financial ledgers.
- Shipment expenses and profitability.
- Automated notifications and follow-ups.

Opsi should be able to manage these operations through natural language instructions.

5. Inventory, Sales, and Finance

The system should also manage my own merchandise business, including:

- Product inventory and stock tracking.
- Purchase and sales records.
- Customer and supplier accounts.
- Payments, expenses, and settlements.
- Financial dashboards and business reports.
- AI-powered operational analysis.

6. Autonomous AI Agents

I want specialized AI agents for customer support, logistics, communications, supplier coordination, carrier follow-ups, inventory, payments, and reporting.

These agents must work together under Opsi's central coordination.

The system should support automated workflows, scheduled tasks, event triggers, background processing, error recovery, approval controls, and activity logs.

7. User Interface

I need a modern, integrated dashboard with:

- Opsi AI chat and voice interface.
- Central business management dashboard.
- Logistics and inventory modules.
- WhatsApp and LINE communication management.
- Real-time notifications and reporting.
- Workflow monitoring.
- User permissions and security.
- Desktop and mobile-friendly interface.

8. Existing Codebase and Claude Code

I have already started developing this project using AI-assisted coding tools, including Claude Code.

I can provide my existing project files, source code, and development environment.

The developer must first review the existing codebase, understand my business requirements, identify technical problems, and propose a scalable architecture.

Existing components may be reused, improved, or rebuilt where necessary.

I need a reliable, maintainable, production-ready system rather than a temporary prototype.

9. MANDATORY – Work on My Computer via AnyDesk

The selected freelancer must work directly on my own desktop computer through AnyDesk remote access.

I will provide authorized access to my existing development environment, IDE, terminal, project files, and AI coding tools as required.

The primary development work and source code must remain in my controlled environment.

The developer must be comfortable working through AnyDesk and following secure access procedures.

Please do not bid if you are unwilling to work through AnyDesk.

Development should be divided into milestones with clear deliverables and demonstrations.

All project source code, proprietary business information, and paid deliverables must remain my property, with appropriate confidentiality and intellectual property agreements.
