Build Astrology Consultation Platform

I’m launching a site where visitors can browse verified astrologer profiles, load a wallet with prepaid credits, and instantly book one-on-one consultations delivered by phone or in-site text chat. The flow I have in mind is:

• User creates an account, tops up credits through Stripe or PayPal and sees their live balance.
• They choose an astrologer, select an available slot, and the system reserves the credits until the session ends.
• At the scheduled time the platform auto-initiates a secure phone bridge or opens an encrypted text chat window; minutes consumed are deducted in real time.
• Astrologers manage availability, rates, and chat/phone status from their own dashboard and can withdraw earnings after session completion.

Please handle end-to-end web development: responsive front end, booking engine, credit wallet, real-time metering, and basic admin controls for me to monitor sessions, disputes, and payouts. You’re free to use a framework you’re comfortable with (Laravel, Django, Node, etc.) as long as it’s well-documented and can scale.

Acceptance criteria
• Fully functional signup, credit purchase, and booking workflow on test servers
• Stable phone & text chat integration (Twilio or comparable) with per-minute billing tied to credits
• Astrologer and admin dashboards with clear reporting
• Clean codebase pushed to my Git repo and brief hand-over call/screenshare
