>> Senior Integration Developers & Workflow Automation Engineers (Multiple Hires)
- >> Project Overview
We are the core engineering team behind RailCall, a governance-first automation layer for AI-driven workflows. Every action an AI agent takes on our platform goes through a strict `preview -> approve -> execute -> signed receipt` loop (the "cryptographic airlock"), ensuring enterprise-grade security.
We are currently expanding our ecosystem and are looking to hire multiple talented developers to build local-first agent tools, UX upgrades, and integration workflows on the RailCall Engine. We have a total budget of $5,000 allocated for this phase of development, and we will be awarding contracts to the best developers across four specific tracks.
->> Open Development Tracks
**Track 1: Local Agent Programs (Budget: $1,750)**
Seeking engineers to build high-performance, local-first agent programs that leverage our cryptographic airlocks.
**Track 2: Automation Workflows (Budget: $1,250)**
Seeking workflow specialists to build end-to-end automations. (e.g., "When a lead fills a form -> enrich data -> score -> route to Slack -> open HubSpot deal.")
**Track 3: UX & Studio Upgrades (Budget: $1,000)**
Seeking frontend/full-stack developers to improve the operator experience and studio interface.
**Track 4: Growth Drivers (Budget: $1,000)**
Seeking creative engineers to build viral, highly-installable utility modules.
- >> Technical Requirements
- All deliverables must run purely on **local compute** (`127.0.0.1`). No remote cloud execution will be accepted.
- Implementations must use Ed25519 cryptographic receipts.
- All modules must enforce human airlocks (approval loops).
- Code must be original work interfacing with real APIs (no mocks/stubs).
- >> Application & Delivery Process
1. Place a bid on this project to register your interest in one (or more) of the tracks above.
2. Review our full technical documentation, API references, and submission rubric here: https://railcall.ai/contest/?src=freelancer
3. Join our engineering team for technical support and QA during development: https://discord.gg/22bu9Xpt4z
4. Once your module or workflow is complete, it will be reviewed by our CTO.
5. All approved deliverables will be paid out securely within 5 business days via milestones directly on this platform.
**Note to Applicants:** Please read the technical documentation carefully before beginning development. We are looking for publish-ready quality code that solves real business problems.
