I’m leading development of AKCS, an AI-driven platform that serves the full property-lifecycle, and I need a specialist who can take this vision and product into the minds of consumers. Our first social media content release must speak directly to architects, then expand to property managers with powerful trend-prediction abilities, while quietly streamlining day-to-day operations in the background.

What success looks like
• For architects: an intuitive interface or API that lets them query design intent, materials, cost implications, and receive real-time, data-backed guidance.
• For property managers: a predictive layer that spots portfolio-wide usage patterns early and flags upcoming shifts in tenant demand.
• Under the hood: optimisation routines that automatically schedule maintenance and balance resource allocation without manual intervention.
